Billing

14. DELIVERY

We endeavor to deliver products within 7 days from the order date, depending on shipping location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

We may deliver goods in installments, with each delivery constituting a separate contract. We insure purchases during transit until delivery to your specified address.

If we cannot deliver confirmed orders due to:

You shall not be entitled to damages or monetary compensation. Payment amounts will be reversed to your payment method for prepaid orders.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

18. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHT

The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Site are our property and/or the property of respective owners. Users are prohibited from using any marks without prior written permission.

All content is protected by copyright. Users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works or use any content for commercial or public purposes without permission.

19. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of external sites. You acknowledge that we shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by use of or reliance on content, goods or services available through such sites.

We may terminate this Agreement at any time. We have the right to immediately terminate any passwords or accounts in the event of conduct we consider unacceptable or any breach of this Agreement.

21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Arbitration

Any dispute arising between you and the Company shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by the Company. The place of arbitration shall be Bareilly, UP, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts at Bareilly, UP, India.

22. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • This Agreement does not constitute a partnership or agency between you and the Company
  • Notices shall be given by email or postal mail to the addresses provided during registration
  • If any clause is deemed invalid, it shall be severable and shall not affect the remaining clauses
  • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement without your consent
  • Provisions imposing continuing obligations will survive termination of this Agreement
